Salary/Pay
Pay per hour: $18-$20/hour
Anticipated Schedule/Time Commitment
- Start Date: Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026
- Expected End Date: August 6th, 2026
- Number of hours per week: 30 - 40 hours
- Preferred days/times: Hybrid Schedule! Remote - Mon & Fri. In Office - Tues, Wed & Thurs
Duties/Responsibilities
- Participate in Construction Project Management Tracking Metrics
- Attend a variety of conference calls for exposure to the overall communication process
- Help analyze cost metrics along with Vacancy and Marketing performance for assets in full rehab mode
- Support the Construction Project Managers in Invoice Tracking
- Participate in the Inspections of Interior and Exterior renovation projects and interface with site teams during these inspections
- Create, monitor, track and interpret project data including contracts, schedules, budgets and cash‐flows as needed.
- Assist with the creation of RFP documents for Renovation projects
- Attend meetings with City Permit Inspections as the opportunity arises
- Main Intern Project - Participate in the gathering of project scope intent, from multiple inputs, and create a Scope of Work with multiple alternatives for GC pricing. Create a cost analysis and presentation to stakeholders.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned

- Pursuing a BA degree in Construction Management
