Salary/Pay
Pay per hour: $18-$20/hour
Anticipated Schedule/Time Commitment
Start Date: Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026
Expected End Date: August 6th, 2026
Number of hours per week: 30 - 40 hours
Preferred days/times: Hybrid Schedule! Remote - Mon & Fri. In Office - Tues, Wed & Thurs
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist with HR projects related to employee engagement, onboarding, training, and organizational development.
- Conduct research, surveys, or interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the review and development of HR resources, guides, and internal tools.
- Assist with analyzing information and identifying trends that support HR initiatives.
- Help develop recommendations to improve employee programs and workplace processes.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and project summaries.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather information and support HR initiatives.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed.
- Participate in learning opportunities and gain exposure to various HR functions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Interest in human resources, employee engagement, talent development, or organizational culture.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with employees and managers in a professional setting.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in reviewing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.
