Benefits (EB) and Property & Casualty (P&C). Interns will spend five weeks in each department, gaining insight into how MJ consultants build relationships, identify opportunities, and create value for clients. Throughout the program, interns will participate in real-world sales activities, client interactions, professional development experiences, and executive presentations designed to strengthen business acumen, communication skills, and confidence.
The internship concludes with a capstone project that allows participants to showcase their learning and demonstrate the skills developed throughout the experience. What You'll Experience: Rotational Learning

Role Play & Consultative Selling Practice Client Exposure Capstone Project Learning Outcomes: By the end of the internship, participants will: Develop a foundational understanding of the insurance, employee benefits, and risk management industries. Understand the difference between a traditional sales approach and a consultative mindset. Build confidence in communicating with executive-level leaders and clients.
Strengthen professional presentation and business communication skills. Gain practical experience in prospecting, outreach, and relationship development. Develop an understanding of MJ's consulting philosophy, capabilities, and value proposition.
