Prep Baseball Internship Program
The Prep Baseball internship program provides an excellent opportunity for candidates to learn and enhance their skills in a variety of areas surrounding the game of baseball. Scouting is our forte, and while there are many opportunities to learn scouting and scouting terminology we also provide opportunities for social media and marketing, sports journalism, videography, operations and data/analytics while also receiving a platform in which interns can network with individuals from the professional scouting and college recruiting community. As a company wide initiative our internship program is designed to train the future of our business, it is our goal to invest time into young talent with the hopes of molding future hires at Prep Baseball.
Content Creator
Can we influence you to be a part of our team? We are looking for influential candidates with a passion for content creation through social media platforms. Desired candidates will work closely with current staff on a strategy for X, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The position can fulfill multiple areas of content creation, from videography and photography to personalities to captivate audiences.

Responsibilities
- Create Engaging Short-Form Videos: Craft high-quality, visually stunning short-form videos that showcase Prep Baseball Events. These videos should be tailored to captivate our audience on platforms like Instagram (story + reels), TikTok, X and FB.
- Edit and Produce Compelling Content: Edit and produce both videos and photos to create captivating content that aligns with our brand's image and values.
- Capturing Unforgettable Moments: Utilize your photography skills to capture shots that highlight the players, our partners, atmosphere, and the overall Prep Baseball event experience.
- Work closely with the State Director and national staff where coordination and communication will be at the forefront.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on current trends in both short-form video and photography, implementing innovative techniques, effects, and formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Conduct on-field interviews (both fun and serious!), mic players and more.
Requirements
- Desire for a career in social media/marketing
- Strong knowledge of all social media platforms
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
Desired Qualifications
- Have a drone? Bring it along! Take advantage of aerial photography and videography to capture incredible views and add an extra layer of excitement to our content.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- General knowledge of baseball
