Copywriter/Editor Intern
The Copy Writer/Editor Intern focuses on drafting, editing, writing blog articles, conducting interviews, and developing premium content consistent with the voice of the River Park Foundation. These efforts will support efforts to recruit volunteers, forward our programs, promote events and communicate to our future donors. In addition, interns will help with community outreach at various locations along the San Diego River.
San Diego River Park Foundation internships are educational, fun, and great resume-builders. Interns have the opportunity to see how an environmental nonprofit organization operates on a day-to-day basis as well as to participate hands-on in real-world projects that affect change in their communities.
Unpaid internships are available across many of our programs. The opportunities are a mix of office and field work. School credit is available, if offered by your learning institution.
Internship application periods vary depending on position availability. Inquiries are accepted all year round.
