Role HII - America's largest shipbuilder and a global, all-domain defense provider- has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Communications intern in the Summer of 2027! For 10 weeks at our Corporate office in Newport News, Virginia, you will: Support Communications needs as they arise with specific focus on advertising and branding Editing documents Writing assignments Gathering of photos and videos Event planning and execution Social media post and other content development Website support All applicants must ensure the information below has been provided when applying for the summer internship program: School Name • Degree Program & Major • Anticipated Graduation Date • Current Academic Level (such as junior, senior, grad school) • Overall GPA - 4.0 scale Copy of unofficial transcripts uploaded at application REQUIRED *Short term housing/assistance may be available* *A valid email address is required when applying, receiving communication, and obtaining employment offers* The deadline to apply is Sunday, November 1, 2026!
