Our Emerging Talent Programs offer seasonal, paid internships for students, recent graduates, and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that bring movies, TV shows, and other experiences to life. These assignments provide meaningful work, real‑world experience, and many educational and networking opportunities.
The internship runs from May/June through August 29th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules). Candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in person at the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university who wants to continue their education through professional experience.

Department Description Our team supports the Game Shows Division, working on Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy!, and any other property currently in development.

Duties and
Responsibilities Data Migration & Platform Build Act as main point person for our data migration into Airtable, working closely with the Senior Manager and Manager, alongside the Director of Technology, Senior Manager of Tech Ops, our platform representatives, and other team members. Help establish milestones/checkpoints and goals, map out internal/external workflows and approvals, identify various user types (internal and external) and their needs, continue to build and test automations, refine interfaces, and create custom views, reporting sheets and dashboards for different teams. Support training and user adoption once the migration is live, including hosting Airtable trainings within our team, providing tech support, coordinating with platform reps, and troubleshooting or escalating roadblocks or issues.
Supporting Content Creation Assist the Manager and Senior Manager with ingesting, processing, and activating new requests in our SaaS. Create folders and dedicated spaces for new assets and deliverables in internal tools and SaaS. Confirm all relevant files are uploaded and nothing is missing, then close out tasks.
Ensure creatives have everything they need prior to task activation (e.g., confirm that the latest and correct version of an asset is released before launching a task).
Qualifications / Preferred
Qualifications Experience in creative operations and producing creative content through internships, classwork, or student organizations. Baseline understanding of creative workflows for graphic design, video, and animation. Mac, Google Suite experience is mandatory.
Strong familiarity with Airtable or similar SaaS. Ability to rapidly disseminate and organize data, optimize information architecture, and craft standardized naming conventions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self‑motivated, quick on their feet, with the ability to pivot and a creative problem‑solving mindset. Manages time effectively and meets aggressive deadlines. Previous experience with data and/or platform migrations, especially cross‑functional shifts within an organization, is a plus.
