Cross Trainer Lead - Female
CT GIRLS FULL FOR SUMMER 2024 The Female Cross Trainer Director oversees and manages the coordination, delivery, and clean up of dining services to the campers and staff, as well as discipleship of female CTs. Must be one full year out of high school.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the daily operations of the camp dining service including coordinating activities between the kitchen and dining room
- Oversee the maintenance and sanitation of the dining room equipment and furnishings and to manage
- Manage and disciple female CTs
- CTs will also train by participating in cabin devotions, camp activities, and cabin life
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professing Christian that commits to follow the mission and vision of Camp Lurecrest Ministries
- Ability to lead female CT team
- Must work well with others
- Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety
- Respond with grace in high-stress situations
- Willing to perform hands-on tasks as well as teach and invest in campers in a support staff role
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one full year out of high school with relevant experience
- Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
- Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
- Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training
