Cross Trainer Lead - Male
The Male Cross-Trainer Director will oversee the male CTs in the dish room and around campus. Must be one full year out of high school.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the daily operations of the camp dining service that includes dishes clean-up and dining facility sanitation
- Coordinate water coolers
- Coordinate trash pick-ups around camp grounds
- Manage and disciple male CTs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professing Christian that commits to follow the mission and vision of Camp Lurecrest Ministries
- Ability to lead male CT team
- Must work well with others
- Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety
- Respond with grace in high-stress situations
- Willing to perform hands-on tasks as well as teach and invest in campers in a support staff role
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one full year out of high school with relevant experience
- Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
- Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
- Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training
Program staff will operate under the camp guidelines for safety. By living, eating, and serving on-site, staff will model the values of CLM, as outlined in the Summer Staff Handbook and contract both on and off the job.
