Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic high school students to join our Customer Service team as interns.

This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with inquiries, issues, and support requests. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Document customer interactions and maintain records. Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience. Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements Currently enrolled in high school (junior or senior year). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping others. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
