Responsibilities We're the TikTok Monetization Products data science team, who enables and champions data driven decision making. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities: Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical methods Design, analyze, and interpret insights end-to-end on a project from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and impactful business recommendations Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities requiring the use of sophisticated analytical and modeling techniques Design, execute, and interpret results of experiments (e.g., A/B testing) Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to team leadership and influence strategic decision-making

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s) Currently pursuing a Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytic etc) or a related discipline

Experience

with data querying and manipulation using SQL, Python, or R Experience with data analysis in a scripting language (R, Python, Matlab) Preferred Qualification(s) Internship experience in data science Research experience in data science

Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $35.
