About the job
The Opportunity:
As an electrical engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to designing, simulating, and verifying digital circuits for advanced microelectronic systems. We’re looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to help government clients develop reliable, mission-ready semiconductor technologies.
At Booz Allen, you’ll use your engineering skills to transform the defense and national security microelectronics industry. Our team develops and evaluates secure, reliable digital hardware solutions for mission-critical applications. That’s why we need you, an electrical engineer with foundational knowledge of digital design and hardware verification, to help us design and develop digital logic, verification environments, testbenches, and reusable verification components for microelectronic systems.
On our team, you’ll learn how to translate system requirements into hardware specifications, develop RTL using a hardware description language, create simulation-based testbenches, execute verification plans, analyze coverage, and troubleshoot any bugs. You’ll impact national security and defense missions by helping deliver trusted and assured microelectronics that operate as intended. This is a chance to grow your digital design and verificationskills while gaining experience in RTL development, functional verification, semiconductor design workflows, and electronic design automation tools.
Take on exciting challenges in national security microelectronicswith us as we improve the reliability and availability of trusted microelectronics technologies for critical government missions. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Join us. The world can’t wait.
