As a Development Analyst Intern, you will complete various tasks and projects related to the execution of development strategy by assisting in all facets and activities related to new development projects. Job
Duties and
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist team with assessing potential markets through high level market diligence. Conduct detailed market / project due diligence to determine project feasibility. Assist the Development Manager and Director of Real Estate as needed with the entitlement process including zoning, permits, approvals, and licenses.
Assist with the development of schedules, budgets, and programing. Assist in the coordination of all required documentation for lenders and equity partners regarding development. Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach.
Work closely and effectively with the Acquisitions & Development team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
