Development Representative, South Dakota

AsOne Ministries is a Christ-centered organization built around a simple conviction: Ugandans can lead lasting transformation in their own communities. Through locally led schools, health centers, agriculture programs, and businesses, we integrate faith, philanthropic investment, and financial sustainability to serve communities for generations. We are looking for a Development Representative to deepen AsOne’s relationships and partnerships in South Dakota.

This person will identify prospective donors, manage a portfolio of supporters, make clear invitations to give, and help people see the difference their generosity makes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys people, takes initiative, and wants responsibility for meaningful results. You may be a few years into your career and ready to grow, or returning to the workforce with strong relationships and valuable experience from family, ministry, and community life.
