We are experts in engaging grassroots supporters online through digital fundraising and online advertising. Mothership has raised over $1 billion for some of the largest Democratic campaigns and most influential progressive causes.

OVERALL FUNCTION The Digital Fellow works directly with our fundraising teams to learn from some of the top strategists in the country.
Our fellows assist in the development and execution of cutting-edge digital programs and learn the ins-and-outs of email fundraising from top to bottom. Reports to the Digital Fundraising Manager or designated supervisor KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drafting fundraising emails and text messages Learning to code emails and web pages with HTML / CSS Brainstorming content for our clients Q/Aing digital content and client deliverables Perform other duties as needed QUALIFICATIONS Are committed to progressive causes and electing Democratic candidates nationwide Are excited to learn basic HTML / CSS code Thrive in a fast-paced environment Have excellent attention to detail Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Term: Spring/Summer 2026 - March, or earlier, through July Full-time hours; 30 hours a week.
A minimum of 20 hours per week is required. Most spring fellows will commence in late March and end their fellowship in August. Exceptional fellows may be offered an extension or full time status.
