Job Description Assist in creating and updating product listings, descriptions, and artwork across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website Support the setup and tracking of promotions, discounts, and bundle deals (e.g. Flexi Combo, seasonal sets) Monitor and help analyze ad campaign performance (ROAS, spend, and returns across paid ad tools like Sponsored Max and Mega Sales Accelerator) Support livestream selling events — coordinating with hosts, prepping product info, and tracking real-time performance Create and edit short-form video content and social media assets Assist with basic customer engagement and social media content Help with competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities Ad Hoc Task Assigned What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or a related field Must be familiar with Canva, CapCut, and video editing Knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage Interest in e-commerce, social commerce, and digital advertising Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data (training provided) Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced small-team environment
