What You’ll Learn & Do
You’ll be trained to support residential and commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Preparing and organizing closing documents- Drafting basic contracts and correspondence- Pre? and post?closing work for real estate and bank closings- Title review assistance- Data entry and file management- Communicating with clients, lenders, attorneys, and brokers- General administrative and office support- Using Microsoft Office and the firm’s internal systems
