CITY TRACKS
The program runs November 2026 through November 19, 2027, organized by academic term. Los Angeles interns work in our office 2 to 3 days a week, Monday to Thursday, 10 am to 5:30 pm. New York and Miami interns work remotely a minimum of 3 days a week, local time, and in person at their city’s event.
Los Angeles
Interns work from our Manhattan Beach office two to three days per week and support all events.
New York and Miami
Interns work remotely a minimum of three days per week and attend in person on their city’s event dates.
Multi-city
Interns may work in-person events in additional cities. Cities are selected at the start of the internship and can’t be added later. Interns cover their own travel, lodging, and meals.
Each intern supports the event in their home city. Attending events in other cities is optional and voluntary; interns who choose to attend cover their own travel and lodging, and declining will not affect their standing.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements. Applications that don’t meet every requirement will not be reviewed.
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior at an accredited college or university, and enrolled through November 19, 2027 (May 2027 graduates and recent graduates are not eligible)

EXPECTATIONS
These standards are part of the program agreement every intern signs at onboarding, and a copy goes to your school supervisor.
- Attendance: scheduled office days and event shifts are mandatory. An absence needs 48 hours’ written notice, except for emergencies.
- Communication: respond to team messages within 4 business hours during available hours. A weekly written update is due every Thursday.
- Deadlines: assigned work is due on the date given.
- Professional conduct: follow the dress code, confidentiality rules and social media policy at all events and on all channels.
- Check-ins: a weekly one-on-one with the program lead, plus a mid-year review in May 2027 shared with your school.
Repeated issues lead to a written warning, then a formal review, then removal from the program. Missing an event without notice may lead to immediate removal.
