- The Leadership Development & Culture Intern will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Development & Culture team. This includes but is not limited to assisting with new employee onboarding; employee service award events; employee appreciation events; leadership development initiatives; customer service training; and virtual learning. The HR Leadership Development & Culture Intern will also meet and work with other areas within the HR department; including: Compensation; Employee Relations; Employee Wellness; Front Office;; Recruitment; and Workforce Development. The HR Leadership Development & Culture Intern may also spend time with the Hendrick Health Executive of Human Resources.

- Compose letters/memoranda
- Coordinate meetings
- Input data into computer programs
- Maintain work area according to OSHA and NIOSH standards
- Schedule appointments
- Deals effectively with hospital personnel
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
- Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times
- Requires ability to handle confidential information
