  • The Leadership Development & Culture Intern will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Development & Culture  team. This includes but is not limited to assisting with new employee onboarding; employee service award events; employee appreciation events; leadership development initiatives; customer service training; and virtual learning. The HR Leadership Development & Culture  Intern will also meet and work with other areas within the HR department; including: Compensation; Employee Relations; Employee Wellness; Front Office;; Recruitment; and Workforce Development. The HR Leadership Development & Culture Intern may also spend time with the Hendrick Health Executive of Human Resources.

  • **Minimum Education**
  • Some College – associates or bachelors level program
  • **Minimum Work Experience**
  • N/A
  • **Required Licenses/Certifications**
  • **Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities**
  • Compose letters/memoranda
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Input data into computer programs
  • Maintain work area according to OSHA and NIOSH standards
  • Schedule appointments
  • Deals effectively with hospital personnel
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
  • Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times
  • Requires ability to handle confidential information
  • Requires extreme diplomacy and tact
  • Research information
  • Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis
  • Generate reports
