Position Summary

The Product Strategy and Operations intern provides analytical, operational, and strategic support across Product Management & Experience Design and Digital Technology. This role supports product practice and portfolio planning maturity by delivering insights, structure, and cross‑functional alignment that enable better decisions and higher‑value outcomes.

This is a highly analytical, hands-on, detail‑oriented role requiring strong problem‑solving skills, strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct research and analysis as a power user in Excel, Microsoft suite, and leverage AI tooling where appropriate
  • Support cross-organization partnership to ensure alignment and meeting commitments
  • Support development of product competencies, frameworks, and learning resources
  • Maintains core product assets (templates, playbooks, tools, and sites) to ensure consistency, clarity, and improve product planning, discovery, and delivery
  • Manage and maintain best‑practice tooling usage

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited educational institution.
  • Must be actively pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Must have at least 1 year of academic undergraduate studies completed or a sophomore status at minimum.
  • Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to operate with urgency and adaptability in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization with shifting priorities.
  • Power user in Excel, analytics and AI tools.
