Duties Assist in developing and refining financial models to support business initiatives and decision-making processes Support the preparation of financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools Participate in research and analysis related to mergers & acquisitions, industry trends, and financial regulations Contribute to auditing processes and ensure adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standards Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions, compliance documentation, and tax accounting activities Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to streamline workflows and meet deadlines Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to gather information and clarify financial data as needed

Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field with strong academic performance Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel spreadsheets for analysis and modeling Basic understanding of financial software systems and industry-specific tools Knowledge of financial regulations including GAAP, tax accounting standards, and industry compliance requirements Strong analysis skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Previous experience or coursework related to auditing, financial compliance, or mergers & acquisitions is a plus Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Embark on your finance career journey with us!
