JOB SUMMARY: This intern will support the finance and accounting teams with various tasks, such as financial modeling, data analysis, spreadsheet creation, updating financial reports, and preparing presentations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare financial reports Data entry into financial systems Assist in the preparation of the annual budgets and forecasts Perform data analysis Create an analysis of (Insert project here) Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year of college with at least a 3.00 GPA Pursuing a degree in finance or related field. Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new concepts quickly Exhibits analytical and problem-solving skills Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills These positions are required to be in-office, so candidates must have reliable transportation PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
