GIS Technician (Filled) Assists the Operation Manager with GIS operations SUMMARY OF DUTIES, WAGE & REQUIREMENTS Assists with GIS tasks and workflows Create and edit agency maps Performs data entry, analysis, and reporting Familiar with ESRI ArcGIS 10.X & ArcPro Hours & Wages $17.25 per hour Up to 40 hours per week Seasonal position is from May through September annually
Requirements Undergraduate degree (achieved or in‐process) with experience and/or coursework in data analysis, GIS, geography, spatial analysis, cartography, and/or programming Valid State of Michigan driver's license - no more than 5 points on record and no restrictions Proficient in reading maps and following directions Interact well with the public Pass physical and drug tests as well as a criminal background check
