About the role
GUEST SERVICES
Responsible for greeting and checking in/out all Cooperstown Dreams Park coaches, campers and guests as well as assisting the Operational team with the overall safety and welfare of all Cooperstown Dreams Park guests and employees and for safe transport of all Cooperstown Dreams Park's guests in need of assistance. Also responsible for the documentation and safe storage of all Lost and Found items each week and to identify property owners whenever possible.
- Must be 18 or older; Lifting required up to 50lbs
QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT
- Enthusiastic, Motivated and Personable
- Able to deal effectively with the public in a fast-paced environment.
- Honesty and reliability are a must.
- Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends) and assist in other positions as business warrants.
- Must have the ability to follow instructions.
