Hosts

As a Guest Services Host, your primary role will be to provide each and every guest with an exceptional experience from registration through check-in, ensuring all aspects of their visit exceed expectations. The ideal candidate is confident in public speaking and verbal communication, with strong writing and grammar skills. Proficiency in using computers and handheld devices, including Google Suite, and familiarity with point of sale activities is essential. You'll be the face of our park, greeting guests enthusiastically, managing on-site reservations and waiver systems, and providing accurate information to enhance the TreeRunner experience. You'll also handle various store functions such as cashiering, merchandising, and stocking, while maintaining the visual standards of the store and surrounding area. Additionally, this role involves communication with park ground staff to manage the flow of groups and traffic, light maintenance work, janitorial duties, and clerical projects.
