Head Counselor
The Head Counselor will serve in the cabin as a counselor and will also serve as a voice on leadership for the counselors. Must have one year of CLM counselor experience. Must be one full year out of high school.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide male or female counselors support through training and instruction during orientation
- Be a representative for male or female counselors on leadership team
- Serve as a counselor in a cabin
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professing Christian that commits to follow the mission and vision of Camp Lurecrest Ministries
- Displays leadership skills, maturity and safety consciousness
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
- Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety
- Respond with grace in high-stress situations
- Willing to teach and invest in campers
REQUIREMENTS
- At least two years out of high school
- Served as CLM counselor for one or more years
- Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
- Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
- Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training
