Our Internships

Early Learning Essentials is looking for interns who are innovative, self-starters, outgoing, great with people, dependable, and sensitive to the needs of families and children. Internships are unpaid and hours vary depending on the internship. Interns may be expected to travel within Utah Valley.

Spanish speaking and knowledge of Hispanic cultures is highly desirable for internship positions but not required.

The Health Internship offers a rewarding opportunity to assist in hands-on health specialist experience for preschool-age children. Make a meaningful impact on the well-being of many children and families! Hours are variable. Preference may be given to those who apply early.

• Analyze data, insights, and trends to reach target goals with each child.
• Create short visual lessons for preschool age children pertaining to health outcomes
• Work collaboratively with other interns and staff members
• Gain understanding and knowledge about resources and their health components available to families in Utah Valley
• Communicate with families to help them reach health requirements
