High School Summer Camp Assistant Director (Female)

The High School Summer Camp Assistant Director will serve in a hands-on role to help create and execute dynamic programming that reaches campers while leading and developing college aged staff to grow into the next generation of Christian leaders. This person will take special responsibility for female campers and staff. They will also spend time recruiting excellent summer staff and counselors.

This role is ideal for a deeply relational, creative individual who desires to be active in the programming and camper experience. While there will be specific areas of management and oversight, this role is highly collaborative with the other members of the program team as they shape the cohesive summer camp program.
