About the role
Assist with recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork. Accurately input data into various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Verify and validate data for accuracy and consistency, identifying and correcting errors. Assist with the preparation of reports and documents by organizing and summarizing data. Support other HR projects as needed.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
