Job Description We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations. You'll play a key role in helping us attract top talent and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Sourcing and Recruitment: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews. Talent Acquisition: Manage job postings on various social media platforms to attract qualified applicants. Employee Relations: Support company morale-boosting initiatives and team-building events.
Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations and help new employees and interns get settled into the company. Administrative Support: Maintain and update employee records in our system and assist with basic data entry and reports. Special Projects: Undertake assigned tasks and projects as needed to support the HR department's goals and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
