Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team and support our growing digital presence. This role is ideal for a candidate who is highly proficient in navigating social media landscapes and possesses a strong interest in the operational side of marketing. You will play an essential part in our content distribution strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms while maintaining the high-quality documentation and data tracking that drives our team forward.
Key Responsibilities: Play a vital role in our online presence by assisting with the scheduling and publishing of content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. Support the team by consistently updating and maintaining internal trackers, ensuring all campaign data and performance metrics are organized and up to date. Assist in the creation and organization of essential documentation, including meeting minutes, process guides, and project reports, to keep the team’s workflow seamless.
Help monitor social media trends and community interactions to ensure our content remains relevant and our pages stay optimized for growth. Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure all administrative and creative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
