Join the Americas Regulatory Affairs team for a hands-on internship supporting the documentation, coordination, and research that help keep regulated products compliant and market-ready.

The Role & Your Impact

In this internship, you will contribute to team projects while gaining experience in regulatory operations, content review, compliance monitoring, and data integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate regulatory requests, projects, deadlines, and supporting information.
  • Maintain regulatory systems, databases, records, and document repositories; verify and clean data.
  • Draft regulatory documents and organize product, claims, substantiation, and submission files.
  • Review marketing, website, and e-commerce content for alignment with approved regulatory language.
  • Monitor regulatory and competitor developments and summarize relevant trends and risks.
  • Support audit readiness and track workload and project metrics.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral program in Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Relevant coursework or project experience involving food, dietary supplements, ingredients, consumer health products, or another regulated category.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with workflow or document-management tools is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and written communication.
  • Ability to interpret scientific or technical information, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams.
  • Curiosity, initiative, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.

Compensation

Expected salary: $23/hr
