Program Details

• 12 week program: May 18 - Aug 7, 2026
• 30 Hours a week: a weekly schedule will be set by intern supervisors
• $17/hour: paid biweekly

Main Requirements

• Degree seeking, rising sophomores through rising seniors
• Interns will need to complete an end of program presentation
• Interns will participate in program activities, lectures, and outings
• Application deadline: February 27, 2026 (rolling interviews/acceptance)

Students that require internship credits, must work with their schools and advisors to finalize the paperwork.

Human Resources

The F&CO HR department seeks one intern to gain hands-on experience aligned with the Society of Human Resource Management's Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (BASK). The internship focuses on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, with an emphasis on people and organization knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment activities, including community outreach and apprenticeship program updates.
• Assist in refining the interview process by shadowing current interns and meeting with hiring managers.
• Help develop training modules for supervisors and employees.
• Organize the 2025 facilities internship program, including scheduling and enrichment activities.
• Recommend HR engagement events and create a quarterly event calendar.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred

The ideal candidate is a business major with an interest in HR, mentored by the HR director, and concludes the internship with a capstone presentation on applied knowledge.
