Human Resources Intern (Global Business Solutions) - 2027 Summer Location: New York Employment Type: Intern Job Code: A128493 Responsibilities - Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day business partnership across multiple client groups. - Assist with talent management initiatives, including performance management, organizational planning, and employee development. - Analyze HR data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support workforce planning and business decisions. - Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team events, and organizational culture programs. - Support organizational design, headcount planning, and people-related projects as business needs evolve. - Partner with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations. - Conduct research on HR best practices, market trends, and people programs to support strategic recommendations. - Support additional HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Economics, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, Consulting, Organizational Development, or a technology company.

Experience

Job Information The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25-$25.
