What you’ll do
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support key activities across the employee lifecycle, including interviews, onboarding, employee events, and offboarding
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Irvine HR space during Summer 2027, helping create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on projects related to payroll, talent acquisition, and benefits
- Contribute to initiatives that promote inclusivity and collaboration across departments and employee groups
- Gain exposure to strategic HR functions and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic corporate setting
