Human Resources Recruiter

Responsible for recruiting staff for assigned divisions and departments, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Will also process all necessary paperwork for new hires, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Additionally, you will perform marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and volume of applicants, including developing creative outreach strategies.

Previous recruitment and general human resources experience preferred. Starting pay rate of $28 to $30 per hour based on experience.
