Responsibilities
- Assists with research and general administrative support.
- Assists with coordination and administration of onboarding, event planning, and training preparation.
- Assists with updating and maintaining accurate databases.
- Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships.
- Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.
- Provides administrative support for employee questions, processes, and systems.
- Maintains and prepares scheduled and ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Provides support to employees and HRPD team via HRIS system and company communications.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain HR networks.
- Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies an asset.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- 18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver's License.
- Available to work in Orlando, FL, full-time from May to August.
- Employment with PCL is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test conducted by a third party.
