Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic In Store Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and providing exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right products while promoting our offerings through effective event marketing and product demonstrations.
A passion for sales and customer service is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement. Participate in event marketing initiatives to promote new products and drive sales.
Collect data on customer preferences and feedback to inform marketing strategies. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food service or event marketing is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Experience in data collection or market analysis is beneficial for understanding customer trends. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
