Division Overview Great American Risk Solutions is a specialty business division within Great American Insurance Group that provides customized insurance solutions for businesses with complex and unique risk exposures. The division partners with agents, brokers, and underwriting teams to deliver responsive service, specialized expertise, and tailored coverage across a variety of industries.

Position Overview The Insurance Operations Associate position provides critical administrative support for the underwriting process by reviewing, validating, and routing high-volume property insurance submissions received through a shared inbox. This role is responsible for ensuring submission data is processed accurately, identifying duplicate requests, researching information across internal systems, and facilitating the timely distribution of submissions to underwriting teams. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing a high-volume workload.

This is a fully remote position supporting a standard work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and requires a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities Process and review high-volume property insurance submissions received through a shared inbox. Research and validate submission information using internal systems. Identify and resolve duplicate submissions to ensure accurate processing.

Route submissions to the appropriate underwriting teams in a timely manner. Perform quality checks to maintain a high level of accuracy and data integrity. Communicate with underwriting partners to clarify submission details as needed.

Track workflow priorities and meet established productivity and service standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems. Collaborate through email, Microsoft Teams, and other internal communication tools.

Follow established procedures and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or administrative education preferred. Previous administrative support, data entry, insurance operations, underwriting support, or related experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, repetitive processing tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance and error-free work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. Business Unit: Great American Risk Solutions
