Responsibilities Respond to client queries via email, WhatsApp, or chat platforms Track client satisfaction and follow up for feedback Maintain communication logs and support documentation Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates or solutions Skills Required Clear and professional communication (written & verbal) Empathy, patience, and a client-first mindset Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple clients Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk software (optional but a plus)
