Job Details:
This position is for a summer Internship from May 2027 – August 2027
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support impactful and visible project work within one or more of the following HR functional areas:
- Human Resources Business Field Support
- HR Business Partnering
- Organizational Talent Management
- Learning & Development
- HR Compliance and Employee Relations
- Total Rewards and Compensation
- Partner with HR leaders and team members to analyze data, improve processes, and deliver solutions that impact the employee experience HR operational efficiency
- Appropriately balance manager direction with self-driven solutioning when facilitating and delivering on project work/deliverables
- Contribute and add to the positive, innovative, and collaborative culture within HR and Swire Coca-Cola
- Proactively build relationships with HR and business stakeholders to deepen learning and support project management
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, resources, or training to support employee and business needs
- Present project findings and recommendations to HR and Organizational leadership at the end of the internship
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field
- Graduation date of August 2027 or later
- Interest in exploring a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in HR project work
- Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the summer (May – August 2027)
- Must not require sponsorship to legally work in the U.S. (i.e., H-1B, TN, OPT, CPT, O-1, E-3, or any other work visas), now or in the future
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a team setting, while also being able to work independently
- Desire to gain experience within the HR Organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
