Role Description: Support the management and delivery of WTCI's suite of leadership development programs with a focus on the Albrecht Fellowships (High School and College). This role involves researching the Mid-Atlantic's top international industries and utilizing platforms like Salesforce and Asana for data and project management. You will serve as a thought partner in researching strategic alliances and funding opportunities to drive fellowship growth.

Key tasks include executing outreach to prospective fellows and stakeholders, supporting the administrative transition between fellowship cycles, and assisting with the logistics preparation and execution of the Albrecht Fellowship College Cohort programming. Skills needed: Interest in professional development and the Mid-Atlantic's international business community. Strong customer service instincts with a focus on interpersonal engagement and professional communication.

High standards for accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Entrepreneurial approach to work with the ability to manage multiple projects by shifting priorities. Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced office environment.

Attendance is required daily on weekdays during fellowship delivery dates (August 11-20, 2026). A reliable means of transportation. * NOTE: If you are a college student applying to this position, please ensure that your fall semester will not start before or during the required attendance dates of August 11-20, 2026.* How does it work? Interns are expected to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Interns are expected to have some availability during standard business hours and come into the WTCI office at least one day per week. Attendance at WTCI events is expected. Interns receive a stipend depending on which semester the internship takes place.

These stipends are listed below. Spring Semester - $4,000 Summer Semester - $2,000 Fall Semester - $3,000 Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply. This internship is not suitable for people with too much labor market experience.

Longer than a semester internships are encouraged and arrangements can be made with the respective manager depending on the department’s needs. All interns will design an end-of-semester presentation which will be presented to WTCI staff.
