*Spring 2027 – Summer 2027 Full-Time Internship – Mountain View, CA* *March 8, 2027 – September 3, 2027*

WHAT AWAITS YOU.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new product and business opportunities for the BMW Group.
• Support cross-functional teams and coordinate initiatives with external partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with Silicon Valley technology companies and other strategic partners.
• Help develop innovative business models and new products in collaboration with marketing, engineering, sales, and UX/design teams across BMW headquarters and U.S. entities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
• Prior BMW Group experience.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

• Field of Study: Business Administration, Economics, Business IT / Engineering, Marketing or Data and Business Analytics.
• Business fluent English or German.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
• Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
