What does a Retail Account Management Sales Intern do at Swire Coca-Cola?

In this role, you will support customer planning, business analysis, and growth initiatives for some of Swire Coca-Cola's largest retail partners.

Job Details:

This position is for a summer Internship from May 2027 – August 2027. The intern will gain hands-on experience supporting some of Swire’s largest and most strategic business relationships, working alongside sales leaders on business planning, performance analysis, promotional strategy, and customer-facing projects that help drive sustainable business growth. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is naturally curious, eager to jump in, open to new ideas, and willing to work through challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of customer business plans, stewardship presentations, and growth strategies for major retail customers.
• Analyze sales, pricing, and market data to identify business opportunities and help develop strategies for areas of improvement.
• Assess promotional activity and major market conditions to establish more consistent, efficient and effective means of activation in retail.
• Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams on customer-focused projects that help bring business strategies to life.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics or equivalent related program
• Graduation date of Aug 2027 or later
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Available to work full-time for the duration of the summer (May – August 2027)
• Must not require sponsorship to legally work in the U.S. (i.e., H-1B, TN, OPT, CPT, O-1, E-3, or any other work visas), now or in the future
