What you'll build
As part of the SAP Learning team, you'll have a unique opportunity to gain insights into how a global learning organization operates, manages learning initiatives at scale, and contributes to SAP's talent and business strategy. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and support the team in driving strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing presentations, reports, and executive communication
- Supporting the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, and team activities
- Conducting research, analyzing data and preparing insights to support decision-making
- Contributing to special projects and day-to-day operations
- Helping organize and maintain project-related information, documentation, and processes

What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Communications – other fields of study are welcome as well!
Computer skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Soft skills:
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and quality
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Working independently while collaborating effectively within a global team
