About the role

About the role

We are launching a Game Design (Playables) internship program.

As part of the internship, you'll join Playrix's Marketing Creatives team, one of the strongest teams not only in gaming but across the performance marketing industry. The team experiments with new formats, creates game creatives, and sets trends across the industry.

We are looking for talented people at the start of their careers who are eager to immerse themselves in their chosen field, develop their skills, and grow with the company. The internship is paid, and top performers will have the opportunity to continue their careers at Playrix.

This is a great opportunity to start your career in the games industry, gain hands-on experience working on real tasks, and see firsthand how one of the world's leading game companies works!

Responsibilities

Stage 1: Internship (2 months)

You'll dive into the production of game creatives. Together with the team, you'll brainstorm ideas and analyze market trends. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you'll create your own playable ads, analyze the performance of launched creatives, and come up with ideas for new iterations.

If you complete the internship successfully, you will move on to Stage 2: Probation period

You'll join one of our project teams and continue developing ideas and game mechanics for playable ads. You'll analyze market trends and the performance of your creatives to identify opportunities for improvement.

The most successful interns will have the opportunity to continue their careers at Playrix!
