As an IT Intern you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from May 25 - August 6.

Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.

What You'll Be Brewing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, enhance, and support technology solutions that address business needs.
  • Analyze data, processes, and systems to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development, testing, documentation, and implementation of applications, analytics solutions, automation tools, and technology enhancements.
  • Research emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate potential business applications and innovation opportunities.
  • Assist with technical analysis, solution design, process mapping, system configuration, and integration activities across enterprise platforms.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives through security monitoring, risk reduction efforts, identity and access management activities, and implementation of security controls.
  • Participate in testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to support technology delivery and operational excellence.
  • Develop prototypes, reports, dashboards, and other technical deliverables using modern technologies and tools.
  • Document findings, recommendations, and technical solutions, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Ingredients:

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science, information technology, engineering, cyber security, computer science, user experience or related STEM field
  • You are curious and a self-starter, thrive in ambiguity, and possess a strong will to learn and ask questions
  • You are not afraid to fail fast, to try things out, and iterate over possible solutions
  • You have strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
  • You have an interest in innovation, emerging technology, and human-centered design
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • You have familiarity and experience with the following technologies is a plus but not required
  • (Data Science & AI): Python, SQL, Git, version control, machine learning, statistical analysis, or related exploratory data analysis
  • (Technology Innovation): Digital tools such as Miro, Figma, Power BI, or coding languages like Python or JavaScript
  • (IT Security): Salesforce.com, software development experience Microsoft Defender, AWS/Azure, SIEM
  • (IT Supply Chain): SAP or other ERP systems
