About the role

Troubleshoot issues with office hardware including printers, scanners, video conferencing equipment, and IP phones. Deploy images to new laptops and desktops. Create and manage employee accounts for various systems.

Utilize the helpdesk system to track, document and research solutions to problems. Provide technical support to employees at local and remote offices via helpdesk, phone, email, remote sessions, and in-person visits. Configure and support Android mobile devices.

Assist in ordering IT equipment and maintain inventory. Assist with the research and implementation of IT projects. Provide technical training to employees.

Occasionally perform job site visits to implement, maintain and support network infrastructure. Contribute to our IT Knowledge-base through the creation of support articles. 3 days a week (6-8 hours per day).

Experience supporting printers, laptops, desktops and other technical equipment. Knowledge of Android mobile devices preferred. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance.

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. Proficiency in English. Excellent communication skills.

Customer-oriented. Ability to work both independently and as a team. Technical certifications are a plus.

Valid Driver’s License. Necessary Special
