IT QUALITY ASSURANCE - (Internship)

Job Description We are looking for a QA Tester Intern to join our development team and gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn software testing processes in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Collaborate with the Project Manager and Developers to understand project requirements and functional specifications. Execute test cases and accurately document and report defects. Perform regression and retesting of resolved issues to ensure proper fixes.

Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining test cases and QA documentation. Work closely with developers to reproduce, investigate, and help resolve reported issues. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on testing progress and identified issues.

Assist in identifying opportunities to improve testing processes and procedures. Support other QA-related activities as assigned by the team.

Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of software development and software testing concepts. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication and documentation skills. Ability to identify, document, and clearly communicate software issues. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
