Landscape Intern

Build practical landscaping skills with MMC LAND as a Summer Intern - Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement in Gibsonia, PA. Running from May 17 to August 6, 2027, this paid internship offers hands-on outdoor work alongside experienced landscape crews. Help maintain and improve local client properties while learning landscape maintenance and installation fundamentals.

No prior experience is required: training from day one, professional mentorship, and a structured milestones plan support your learning throughout the summer. Students interested in landscaping, horticulture, or the trades are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Maintain client landscapes through mowing, trimming, and seasonal care. Assist experienced crew members with landscape enhancement and installation projects. Support daily crew operations and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of local properties.

Learn and apply landscaping best practices while working collaboratively outdoors. Track progress and skill development using a structured milestones plan.

Qualifications Interest in landscaping, horticulture, or the trades, with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. No prior experience required; training is provided from day one. Currently enrolled students are encouraged to apply.
